Terms and conditions

​1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the service provider and the client.

(hereinafter referred to as the “provider”)

2. Subject of services
The provider offers in particular the following services:

  • bookkeeping

  • tax records

  • payroll processing

  • tax consultancy (if provided by an authorized person)

The scope of services is always specified in the contract with the client.

3. Conclusion of the contract
The contractual relationship is established:

by signing the contract

or by confirming the order (by e-mail or other means)

The client is obliged to provide true and complete information.

4. Withdrawal from the contract (consumer)
If the client is a consumer (i.e. a natural person outside the scope of business activity), he has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (e.g. via the Internet or e-mail) within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason.

To withdraw from the contract, the client can use the sample form available on request, or send a clear statement to the provider's e-mail.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, all payments received will be returned to the client, no later than 14 days from the delivery of the notice of withdrawal.

If the client explicitly requests the commencement of the provision of services before the expiry of the withdrawal period, he acknowledges that in such a case he does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the services have already been fully provided.

5. Price and payment terms

The price of services is determined:

  • individually by agreement

  • or according to the valid price list

  • Payments are made:

  • by bank transfer

  • based on the invoice

The invoice maturity is usually 14 days, unless otherwise stated.

6. Rights and obligations of the provider

The provider undertakes to:

  • provide services with professional care

  • observe confidentiality

  • protect personal data according to GDPR

7. Rights and obligations of the client

The client undertakes to:

  • deliver documents on time and correctly

  • cooperate in the provision of services

  • pay the agreed prices

The provider is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect documents.

8. Liability

The provider is liable for damage caused by breach of its obligations.

Not responsible for:

  • errors caused by the client

  • changes in legislation

  • interventions by third parties

9. Personal data protection

Personal data protection is governed by a separate document

"Principles of Personal Data Protection".

10. Termination of the contract

The contract may be terminated:

  • by agreement of the parties

  • by notice (usually with a notice period of 1 month)

  • by withdrawal in case of breach of contract

11. Dispute resolution

Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

Disputes will be resolved:

  • primarily amicably

  • or in the competent court in the Czech Republic

12. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from: 01.01.2025

The provider reserves the right to change them.
